1. About These Terms

By creating an account on the Competently platform (powered by MoodleCloud) and starting your free trial, you enter into a binding agreement with Competently, governed by Dutch law. Please read these terms carefully before you begin.

2. Subscription & Pricing

Free Trial

Your first month of access is completely free. To begin your free trial, you must provide a valid payment card. No charge will be made during the first month.

Monthly Subscription

After your free trial ends, your subscription will automatically continue at €19 per month. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. You will receive a notification before your trial period ends.

VAT Policy

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@competently.pro.

When you cancel, your access to the platform, all course content, and the monthly live events will be removed immediately. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted at the same time.

No refunds are given for the remaining days in a paid billing period. To get the most value from your subscription, we recommend cancelling on or just before your next billing date. You can find your billing date in your account settings.

During your free trial, you may cancel at any time with no charge. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically continue at €19 per month.

We strongly recommend that you download or export any work, portfolio items, or certificates you wish to keep before cancelling. Once your subscription is cancelled, your data cannot be recovered.

4. No-Refund Policy (Right of Withdrawal)

Under EU consumer law, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal (the right to cancel a purchase and receive a full refund). However, this right expires once digital content has started being delivered.

By starting your free trial and confirming your account, you explicitly consent to immediate access to the Competently platform and all its digital content. You acknowledge that by accepting this immediate access, you waive (give up) your 14-day right of withdrawal.

Because the first month is entirely free, no charge applies during the trial period. From month two onwards, all payments are final and non-refundable. No partial refunds are issued for cancellations made mid-billing-period.
